Grooming yourself properly will lead to success and prevent unwanted diseases.

A. Brush Your Teeth- This tip was installed in you probably since birth, it’s very important to have fresh teeth and breath. Bad breath is very offensive and signs of bad hygiene. Be sure you’re using a FLORIDE toothpaste and don’t keep your brush longer than a 2 month.

B. Wash Your Face – Look alive and be ready to take on the day. A clean and well exfoliated face says a lot about yourself. I recommend a brand called MURAD. You can find this product in any Sephora store, though the product is expensive its worth they investment. Murad is good for cleaning the skin & exfoliating while moisturizing as well. “NEVER PUT REGULAR LOTION” on your face, this can lead to break outs and dirty discolored skin. Look for lotions that say face lotion/moisturizer. Be sure to wash your face at least twice a day in the winter and 4 times a day in the summer.

C. SHAVE- It’s not healthy to leave unwanted hair on your face, trim or cut it off. Always be prepared to look as if you were going to interview at a fortune five hundred company. Many may consider long beards and mustaches to be very unprofessional. Whenever in doubt go with your instinct!

D. Manicure Fingers – I’m not telling you to make an appointment at your local nail salon, but simply removing the dirt from fingernails and trimming them can say a lot. Professionals tend to look at fingernails to determine just how clean a person appears.

E. Smell Good - Always carry a small bottle of cologne and tick tacks. After a meal you want to smell the same as you did when you came in the morning. Please don’t over indulge with the fragrance, simply spray a quarter size on the neck to smell fresh!
